Waypoints I can't delete

I've had Gaia on my iPhone and iPad for years. I have several tracks and way points and used to use the Gaia sync, but not anymore. I have a ton of old waypoints that are from a route I think but I can't fin them in my saved waypoints or routes. I've deleted all routes and most way points but I can't fin these waypoints to delete them. They wouldn't bother me so much except Gaia crashes all the time and I think it's when I scroll over an area with 20+ waypoints. Any idea how to get rid of these?

Hi Josh,

I'm sorry you had trouble with syncing and the route waypoints.

I looked up your email address, and I'm not seeing a GaiaCloud account attached to your Hotmail. Can you email me (sup...@gaiagps.com) and tell me the email address or username you used, so I can look at your account?

I should be able to fix your account tomorrow so it syncs fine, and we'll also have a look at the root issue and let you know what we do about it.

I have the same issue. My account is under my hotmail account first initial last name. They all say VIA on them. The track that added them has been deleted but all the points remain on my ipad. You can't see them in any list and there are hundreds of them. I'm slowly deleting them but that is a very painful process.

Hi Christopher,

I'm sorry about that. As of Friday, we added controls to manage waypoints en masse on the website: https://cloud.gaiagps.com/datasummary/waypoints

Are you able to easily delete the "VIA" waypoints there? You may need to enable the "Show non-synced" option, and you can permanently delete all waypoints like that pretty quickly.
