Hi Bill,

Not quite... however, if you create a pin, and then select the "Guide Me' option, then you can see the bearing the waypoint.

I agree it would be better if it worked as you describe. We have some plans to work on the pin placement/route-making/distance-measuring tool in the app, but I don't have an ETA. In the meantime, as a hack, you can set a waypoint at your current
location and guide to it, then as you walk away from it make sure that
you stay along the desired bearing.
