Bio Club and GAIA cookout this Thursday!

Hey BioClub Exec and GAIA!

 

The Natural Sciences Cookout that we will both be hosting takes place this Thursday May 5th at 12:00 on Observatory Hill.  Dr. Williams has been gracious enough to provide a gas grill for us to use.  Now, it is up to us to bring the basic food!

 

I was proposing that we would be responsible for the following:

 

Biology Club

*30 Hamburger Patties

*12 Veggie Burger Patties

*32 Hot dogs

*42 Hamburger Buns

*32 Hot dog Buns

 

GAIA

*(5) 12 packs of canned Soda

*Cooler

*2 Bags of Ice

*Napkins

*Plastic ware (just forks)

*Plates

*Condiments (ketchup, mustard, relish, sliced cheese)

 

Please let me know if this sounds reasonable!  We are asking members to bring sides to share.
