I've been to the Green Fest and the Prairie Festival before. Both of
them are really cool. Let me know if you plan to go this year. Maybe
we can carpool there.

I'm planning on going to the energy festival in Lawrence!  I'm unable to drive right now but my wife might go (if her work schdl lets her). So with that being said... either we can take a few people or if my wife can't drive i can ride w/ someone else or one of you can drive my car! I can drive to pick everyone up but my doc doesn't nor do you want me driving for long periods of time :) .let me know if any of you are interested! It will be good to see everyone!

Good to hear from everyone! Sounds like we'll be getting together
soon. Here are my updated plans:

Next weekend:

There is a potluck starting at 6:30pm on Friday at the Cosmic Beauty
School urban homestead in Lawrence. All of you are welcome to come and
I highly recommend that you do if you're interested in urban
sustainability. There is a dance party following the potluck and I'm
sure that there will be room for anyone who wants to spend the night
and go to the energy conservation fair in the morning. I'll probably
be driving out to Lawrence friday and have room for one or two people
to join. Otherwise, I'll see you Saturday.

I'm not sure what times I'll be at the green fest Sunday but it would
be cool to meet up and check stuff out together.

Prairie Fest:

Wendy: I think you'd enjoy the prairie festival. The atmosphere is
really cool and the speakers this year (Naomi Klein and Richard
Heinberg) are awesome. When I went there was no need to pay to be
there and I just spent the night camping. My ideal situation would be
to get there by 4pm Saturday to see Naomi Klein speak, have dinner,
and then stay the night to see Richard Heinberg in the morning. Let me
know what you think of that plan.

See you all soon!
