Requesting your earliest confirmation for the Gahoi Get-Together on Sunday, March 30, 2014. Keeping the weather in mind we are planning to have the get - together in a banquet hall, budget for which would be in the range of Rs.300 to Rs.350 per person (including Lunch and evening tea). Based on number of confirmations, we can look at the feasibility of this option.

Kindly confirm your presence latest by Friday, March 7, 2014.

Based on the confirmations received so far, we have finalized the venue for the Gahoi Milan. We are anticipating close to 35 to 40 people (including kids) and based on this headcount we were able to negotiate a rate of Rs 330 per person (there would not be any charges for the kids below 6 years).

Please find below the details:

Date: 30th March, 2014 (Sunday)

Timing: 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM

Venue: Millennium Banquet Hall, Sholay Restaurant

    Chikoti Gardens, Begumpet, No 1-10-63, Prajay Corporate House, 

            Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh 500016

Directions: Opposite Begumpet Shoppers' Stop, Turn left on the by-lane beside old Satyam City Center Building

Program Sequence:

11:30 AM to 12:00 PM - Arrival 

12:00 PM to 1:30 PM - Games and entertainment activities (Welcome drink and starters would be served)

1:30 PM onwards - Lunch

3:30 PM - Tea and conclusion

Going with the theme of Holi, we would be having a special prize for the most colorfully dressed couple.
