RFI: dual-flush toilets and formaldehyde-free cabinets

Architect Erick Mikiten is looking for sources for dual-flush toilets and formaldehyde-free cabinets that are price competitive with conventional products. The products are for a 17-unit affordable housing project. For price-competitive dual-flush toilets (i.e., $2-300), Erick would also appreciate any information on actual in-field performance on the toilets (do they completely flush the first time?)
