Local Initiatives Support Corporation's Green
Development Advisory Group presents three webcasts for practitioners to
learn more about how to design, finance, construct and manage
"green" buildings that will save money in the long run and become
healthier, more viable community assets.
LISC Vice President Greg Maher will moderate the
series. All presentations will take place at 2:00 pm ET. The Green Development Series is made possible by the Home
Depot Foundation.
Issues Covered:
This session will highlight how green development work
can be effectively financed. Presenters will explain how new and existing
units can be made more environmentally friendly, the challenges in
undertaking green building initiatives, and the financial advantages and
feasibility.
