Thanks for the info, folks. But does anyone have info on life-cycle and
maintenance for these dual flush? Our maintenance folks are hesitant to
take them on. We've had troubles with the power-assist toilets and assume
the same challenges may be inherent in the dual flush, ie., more parts so
more to break and thus more maintenance costs - which for our buildings that
operate on the margin is always a concern.

Just a reassurance from a project that's had them for a while, with an
extremely low-income or special needs population, would suffice to comfort
me/us.
