Hi Peter,

What is the Odroid device?  I'm not familar.

The device I just added support for (checked into github) is by sc...@cnes.com.  Scott, do you want to say a few words about your cool project?

Is that the Odroid one or a different one? I have an Odroid here that I can send you if you would like to play with it. I'm too busy to play with it myself right now but I did check it out a few months ago and started on a vario project with it.

Odroid is an open source Android phone.

They sell 2 accessories that have BMP180 sensors on them. I have the <a href="http://www.hardkernel.com/renewal_2011/products/prdt_info.php?g_code=G131089641614">BaB</a> which connects to any phone with Bluetooth.

There is also the ADK with an embedded USB host to connect to phones, etc. which also has the BMP180 sensor.

It would give any phone barometer capability. There is a demo Android app with source for using the devices.

Wow peter, that's really cool.  If you'd loan me your BaB, I'd happily play with making it work with Gaggle.  I'll email you my address off list.

Hi,

I already talk about it in another topic but there is https://www.asinstrument.ch/pages/flynet-vario.

This Bluetooth variometer is really more accurate and stable as a BMP180.

Regards.
