CyGoose problem with node ID=gene name

Hi,

I'm new with Gaggle and I have a problem with sending from Cytoscape
with Cygoose. I have network where nodes ID are like "node3_45" =
worthless information about gene, but every node have attribute with
gene name. And I can send with CyGoose to Boss ID's what gives me
nothing (via Broadcast Data: List). I would like to send gene
names ,of selected nodes, which are in network as attribute. How can I
do this?

Hi Marcin,

I believe that this is actually more of a cytoscape question. 

I think that in Cytoscape you can change node names to have the names of a certain attribute. I'm not sure how you do it. But once you've done that, you can broadcast to Gaggle and it will send your desired node names.

So you might go to the cytoscape-discuss list (accessible from http://cytoscape.org) and ask them how to change the currently displayed node names to a particular attribute.
