Importing data into genome browser with Python

Hello,

In order to help folks trying to get custom data into the Gaggle
Genome Browser, I've provided some sample Python code for creating a
GGB data file from scratch. The hope is that this will make it a bit
easier to integration with custom in-house data sources. I've also
beefed up the documentation on the SQLite schema used to store track
data in the Gaggle Genome Browser.

Both the Python code and the schema docs are linked from the "Import
Data" help page here:
