Gaggle discussion groups are now moderated

Hello everyone,

Because of the recent spam emails, we've made the Gaggle discussion groups moderated, meaning that each message will have to be approved by a list manager before it will go out to the whole group.

This should stem the flow of spam, and (we hope) not slow down message traffic too much.

The 'gaggle-announce' group remains read-only--it is only used for announcements from us.

Apologies for the spam...it should go away now, so please stick with us.
