new Gaggle API to be released Monday 10/29

Hello Everyone,
As some of you know, we have been developing a new version of the
Gaggle tools. It has nifty new features but it is not compatible with
the existing Gaggle.
Next Monday 10/29 we will switch over to the new Gaggle.
For the most part, this will be a transparent operation. You can
launch geese from the same web pages as before.
If you have software that is dependent on the existence of certain
JNLP URLs, it will still function properly but should be updated as
soon as possible.
There are two geese that must be updated manually. The R goose and the
FireGoose.

Please note also that there is no version of Cytoscape higher than 1.0
that is compatible with the new Gaggle.
I am working on making the Cytoscape 2.5 Gaggle plugin compatible with
the new Gaggle, and it should be ready soon.
