Alpha version of new Gaggle API available for testing/evaluation

Hello everyone,

We have been updating the Gaggle API with lots of nifty new features.

We think you will like them. Here are a few of the new features:

- Most Geese now start a Boss automatically so you don't need to do this
yourself.

- When a goose is added or removed from the gaggle, all geese are
notified automatically. No further need for the "update" button.

- There is now a core set of Gaggle Data Types which are transmitted
between Geese and the Boss. HashMap has been replaced by a more flexible
TupleList data structure, which can be included in every broadcast to
provide metadata about the broadcast.
