R 2.7 available - new installation process for R Goose

Hi,

This is just an announcement that R 2.7 is available, and with it the
new version of Bioconductor that contains the latest R goose for
Gaggle.

*If you already have R and the R goose installed, and everything is
working fine, you do not need to take any action.*

If you want to update to R 2.7, you will find that the procedure for
installing the R goose is greatly simplified. It is just a matter of
typing a few lines into R once you have upgraded.
