Custom Metadata in rendered images

Hi there!

Is there any way to get custom metadata stored in rendered EXR images when using the Arnold renderer? I would like to define custom text on AOVs to be able to group them together in a downstream process.

Ok, I could figure it out. Just in case, someone is interested. This is how it must be declared on the Outputs node:

That's the Arnold-specific way, where you have to manually format everything you want into a weird string. There's a better way in Gaffer that will work across all the renderer backends - just add any number of `header:<name>` parameters of any type, where `<name>` is the name you want the metadata to have in the file...
