How to render vdb volumes with motion blur in Arnold

Hello Gaffer folks,

I was hoping to get some help rendering VDB volumes with motion blur in Arnold. I created a volume vdb in houdini with density and vel fields. I loaded this into gaffer and rendered it with Arnold. I'm able to see the density field, but I'm not seeing any motion blur. I've set the velocity field in the ArnoldVDB node as well as enabled motion blur in the StandardOptions node. Hopefully I'm missing some node or setting somewhere. I've attached a zip file with the vdb and gaffer scene (might have to update the path to the vdb file). I'm using gaffer 1.6.3.0.
