Problem with Arnold AdskLicenseAgent Qt Platform Plugin and failed authorization in gaffer.

I am not sure why I am having this issue as you can see from the screenshot the Arnold License Manager shows license availability.  Any help would be mush appreciated.

If you haven't already, try this solution:  "This application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized" when launching Autodesk products | AutoCAD | Autodesk Knowledge Network

I'm not sure if the directory they give there is exactly right, but hopefully close enough to sort out the right location.
