I'm seeing a "The configuration of your server will prevent response
caching" message/error when I view the configuration settings for GAD.

What settings would my host need to change to allow response caching?

I've got the same Problem. But i don't know why. I've intalled it long
time ago and today it lost the login informations and i get the error
message

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /.../httpdocs/wp-
content/plugins/google-analytics-dashboard/simplefilecache.php on line

That warning reflects the ability of the plugin to write to a
temporary directory. Fixing it depends on your hosting environment. A
lot of shared hosts have the ability to write to temp directories
turned off so there isn't much that can be done to fix it. If you are
doing your own hosting you can try to verify that the /tmp directory
is writeable by the id that runs your web server.

Hi Carson,

Could you elaborate further on this issue? I'm using this plugin on
several WordPress sites, all of which have the same hosting
configuration and work flawlessly.

I'll start by making sure that the /tmp directory is writeable, but
I'm unsure of where it needs to live. In the root directory or in the
plugin's root folder? Any assistance you can offer is appreciated!

The plugin uses the system temp directory so you would need to make
sure that is writable, on unix machines this is usually /tmp. It
really isn't a big deal if you are only using the plugin to display
your graphs to external users.
