Error on attempt to upgrade

The plugin won't install because of a Fatal Error.

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class OAuthException in /homepages/2/
d90721235/htdocs/geofffox/wp-content/plugins/google-analytics-
dashboard/OAuth.php on line 8

Any thoughts or advice?

Can you tell me what other plugins you have installed? I think this is

in your case the tweetly plugin is including the same OAuth library I
