Cannot Login

I've noticed serveral posts in here from people who are unable to
login to Google Analytics using this plugin, but nothing about how to
resolve the issue, so I'll add mine to the pile.

I've installed it and tried logging in with the main Google Analytics
account (it's a Google Apps email address - private domain name used),
to no avail. Seeing something on here about how somebody was unable
to login using a Google Apps email address, I added my personal Gmail
address to the list of people who could access that Analytics Account
and attempted logging in again, No dice. I went into the MySQL
database and manually changed the Google Apps email address and
password to my Gmail account, no luck. I deleted both parts (username
and password) and deleted the plugin, and reinstalled. Tried a
completely fresh new install using just my personal Gmail account, and
still no dice. I'm quickly running out of ideas.

Is there anyone who had difficulty logging in able to solve the
issue? I know there's several posts on it, but is this a "known
issue"? Any working work-arounds? This seems to be the only plugin
that I can find that will do this - but I admit I'm new to Wordpress.
Does anyone know of any other plugin(s) for me to try? I appreciate
any help you might be able to provide.

Cheers,
Terry

I too have this problem. I guess I'll just have to de-activate this plugin until I can get this sorted.

Give the latest version a try and use the OAuth login.

Hi Carson

We are using WP 3.1 and GA Dashboard 2.0.3. I cannot authenticate
neither with the first nor with the second authent option. I
deactivated and reactivated your plugin several times without any
success. I always get the timeout Ehen authenticating, and get no
other screen that the auth screen.

What is wrong here? I checked the other Plugins and none of them
oauth.

Many thanks for your help

OAuth is the one to use. Can you tell me exactly where in the process
you are seeing the timeout? You should go from your wordpress admin
area to Google and then after you have authorized in Google you will
go back to your wordpress admin area. Are you timing out after you
have done the authorization but before you get back to the admin area?
