This is a new theory by the infamous Sollog as to how atoms are formed.
Seems there's a cage that all atoms are structured within
He calls it PLANEIUM
Same guys theories on astro-physics and math have been discussed for around 20 years or so, stuff like titius-bodes being realigned to explain all solar system phenomena in our solar system, prime algorithm, etc.

It’s rod like with two pieces
So think of a straw with a smaller straw next to it
The smaller piece is attached yet it can bend at 90 degree angles to the larger rod
These rods basically attract and can form a cage like shape that is usually a cube
Once formed the shape is electrically charged by merely completing its shape
Since the rods can run a loop within its shape
The number of rods within the shape determines the type of atom it is
What this means is
In this dimension
The rods would be the smallest type of material in the dimension
So the universe is literally a vast sea of rods
They attract
The shape they form creates the charged atom
The charge is the so-called nucleus
The field of play of the atom is limited to the shape of the containment unit the rods formed
Think of the outside of the rods being like a hexagon tool
Each side of the rod when touching another rod is like a master building key or code that determines how the next connection can occur
To form the shape it will be
A limited number of 3rd connections are allowed
So the final shape can have numerous possibilities
So from this basic material
A rod
The shape of all energy canisters can be formed
To create all the atoms in existence
The rods are the equivalent of anti-matter as humans understand it
So another major scientific breakthrough from the astral plane that rewrites the laws of physics
