Hi,

I am Sundar Venkataraman from the European Bioinformatics Institute.

While searching the beacon network for variants from EVA (European Variation Archive), I observed that the results are categorized under "Not applicable" (please see attached screenshot). I was wondering what this means and if we need to do anything from our end to set this right.

Thanks,
Sundar

Hi Sundar,

I've checked our logs and there is a mandatory datasetIds parameter that is not being sent by the Beacon Network, which is causing queries to the EVA beacon to have error responses. We have no dataset names in our database for the EVA beacon.

If you can provide us with a functioning query we can use to update our database records for the EVA beacon, we would be happy to resolve this issue.

Cheers,
Max Barkley
