MR Outcomes Discussion Group in GA

The Discussion Group that took place during GA had the topic "How LBGs should use MR outcomes". The purpose was to support the LBGs to get a better understanding on the content of the survey, understand its structure and some technical details and brainstorm regarding their flexibility and willingness to use the results in order to implement changes in the Services.

Data for the LBGs

As it was presented during GA, BEST Students' Survey allowed us to gather input from 2922 regarding our External Services, in both local and international level. Emphasising in the local level, we would really recommend you to use this opportunity in order to find out what your students want from you, to identify your local environment better and support the shaping of your strategy! 

How? By downloading the data for your LBG and by taking a careful look on the questions, answers, number of people that answered, and generally by having a critical approach when interpreting the results.

On a sidenote

when receiving the results, please:

- Double check Question 4 in order to be sure that the excel file is for your university. We had to do this job for all the LBGs, therefore if we have done a mistake please notify us to send you your results.

- Take into account the number of people that answered from your university. If the number is really low (under 30 students), then if it makes sense, check out what happens at country level in order to have more trustworthy results. At the moment we don't provide results at country level, if you want to go there, then you have to download the other LBGs' data and merge them. The Market Research team will soon discuss what additional data we will prepare for you.

- Always use your logic and critical mind ;)
