[JBT] Updated draft of division after GA DG

Hey all GA delegates and presidents,

During GA we had a presentation about the new approach to find a host for JBTs.

Also there was a Discussion group to finetune better the division of LBGs for JBTs.

We gathered quite some feedback and used this to make a new version, which you can find in the attachment.

== JBT Division 2013-2014 v2.0.pdf ==

On the first page you can find the 15 suggested JBTs.
The division is consisting of 88 groups as we could not find solution for 3 due to the election dates.

And for another 4 we are not sure of participation.

Each JBT has a potential host, based on the input that was given earlier this year (~March - survey on presidents@).

Sometimes there are more potential hosts, in any case there will be a procedure to elect the host. (So if your LBG is interested but this was not stated previously it will also be possible)

On the second page you can find an overview of the JBTs, the ones with "N/D" are supposed to take place around November / December.

There is a short explanation about the status.

Another interesting point raised during the DG was that for the Russian and Spanish JBT people actually would like to have it in English. Keeping in mind a parallel discussion on improving English in BEST this can be nice food for thought for everyone ;-) [Though out of the scope of JBT division atm]

== What you have to do now ==

In order to finish this process efficient and on time, we would like to know from you if this division is fine for you. Some of you already (semi) confirmed this to us, others not yet.

So let's take a 5 day deadline to reply (and please do so, also if you agree.) In case we don't get any answer we will have to assume that you are fine with it (~voting blank), as otherwise we will not be able to finish this.

# Reminder - DL in 2 days

Dear delegates and presidents,

With this reminder we would like to share that 17 groups have confirmed and another 10 have shared concerns.
This is only 28% of everyone that is involved in this.

Keep in mind we all share the responsibility for the success of the next JBTs.
The Regional Advisers and TiGro take the responsibility to provide you a framework that enables smoother JBT host selection and possibility for your boards to get trained.

You have to take the responsibility of checking the division, making sure your LBG is aware of it and will agree with the final division within the designated time-frame.

Hello Gert,

I don't know if this has been mentioned to you yet, but according to discussions going on internally, all the Belgians LBGs agree to say that they'd rather have a Benelux JBT like last year, since the fact of meeting all the local Belgian boards in the beginning of the year was a very good start for Belgian cooperation, which was rather successful this year, and we are afraid that by changing that we would lose what we've built so far.

Hope this opinion can be taken into consideration for next JBT.

# Reminder DL tonight!

Hey everyone,

At the moment we are missing confirmation of over 30 groups.
Please try to check the division and let us know the opinion of your LBG - in private to me ;-)

The earlier you do, the faster we can adapt to your wishes.

For example we are aware that changes will have to happen in the JBT 1 and JBT 2 because some groups want to re-group in other formation, some groups decided not to participate in any JBT.

All is fine - just let us know and we will try to make a optimise the division keeping in mind our goal.
