Company located in Atlanta, GA is looking for a Sr. Optical Engineer.
Responsibilities: Perform optical engineering and development tasks
from system design through prototype testing and production for
electro-optical products. Specify, design, breadboard, develop and
verify non-invasion medical products based on fluorescence and
reflectance spectroscopy.
Requirements: BS/EE, 5-7 years industry experience, experience using
ZEMAX (or equivalent), experience using diode pumped solid state
lasers, and LEDs and incandescent bulbs and with electro-optic
sensor-based systems, visible and NIR optics, both freespace and
fiber. Plus: Experience with optical test equipment design and
fluorescence and reflectance spectroscopy.
Hiring Salary Range to $100K.
