NGO-ISAC Seeking: Wagtail/Django-CMS Developer for MVP Knowledge base

Hi All,

The NGO-ISAC is seeking recommendations for a developer to help us rapidly build a minimum viable architecture (MVA) and product (MVP) for our Member Knowledge Base platform. This initial contract will likely lead to a secondary contract(s) to refine and improve the platform. The platform will primarily focus on 1) enabling insights derived from the structured relationships between atomized cybersecurity topics (threats, controls, resources, etc;) and, 2) managing the workflow for managing community additions, feedback, review, and updates to this information.

Ideal candidate profile:

• Strong experience with Wagtail or Django-CMS
• A focus on security & sustainability

MVA/MVP priorities: Security, maintainability, and extensibility. A focus on strong functionality, usability, and accessibility and not on aesthetics.

Timeline: We need to move quickly on this project. (We want an MVP in a few months.)

Project scope: We have a clear vision for the final product, but we're open to collaborating with the right developer to define the MVP/MVA scope based on realistic timelines and budget constraints.
