Hi All,

Happy 2024!  

We’re now accepting applications for our Information Controls Fellowship Program (ICFP).

Program Details:

The ICFP supports individuals tracking internet interference practices and investigating emerging means of overcoming censorship in repressive environments—the countries, regions, or areas worldwide where internet freedom is most threatened. 

Fellows work full-time with a host organization and receive a monthly stipend of $7,000 (plus stipends for travel and equipment).

How to Apply

The application is a two-stage process that starts with a brief Concept Note via our online application system. If your Concept Note is accepted you’ll be invited to submit a proposal as the second stage.

Deadline: February 19, 2024
