Good morning, i feel since this is a volunteer-led initiative motivated by helping people in difficult times such as losing jobs or having to find new job that's mindful to their needs; it's good to remind ourselves and be mindful of the unseen labour behind managing such mailing list and maintaining its traffic & diversity among us. The main determination should be by what's best for you, your energy and time. The job markets in various countries alternate between going weeks / months very silent without hiring, and then a season of hiring. Sometimes you might find yourself having to curate more listings and other times very low.
Part of me thinks once a week is a bit aggressive given the volunteer nature and it's unlikely that every 5 business working days there would be new hirings versus for example every two weeks could be sensible; in this way we would allow time for enough listings to popup. If times come that you see there are many hirings / listings you might decide it's better to send a one-time round-up as an exception if the bi-weekly is not sufficient. Since we are all members here, we trust your facilitation of this space.
In all cases, regardless of what you decide, I want to take a moment to thank you very much for all your efforts and considerations in facilitating such space and support for others. Much appreciated Georgia
