📣 NGO-ISAC is Hiring: Digital Security Advisor (Program Lead)

NGO-ISAC is launching a new cohort-based program where small groups of NGOs work together to actually implement security controls, not just learn about them. We need someone to lead that work. This is a full-time, one-year role (with potential to extend) for someone who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves on a security implementation project, managing a multi-stakeholder process, and serving as a trusted advisor to under-resourced organizations navigating real security challenges. Think: part program manager, part digital security practitioner, part implementation coach.

The basics:

• 💰 $90,000–$100,000

• 📍 Remote (U.S. only; DC/Capitol area preferred)

• 🗓️ Review begins March 15th (But, does not close until we find someone.)

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in digital security capacity building with NGOs or other mission-driven, low-resourced communities. But if your background doesn't check every box, we still want to hear from you.
