The CER (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Centre_for_European_Reform, but be mindful of their corporate funders: https://www.cer.eu/corporate-members#tabs) is looking for a bright and enthusiastic person to join the research team, with expertise in digital and tech industries.
The candidate would ideally also have expertise in and be willing to write about several of the following additional areas: competition policy, financial services, industrial policy and innovation.
They could work out of the London, Brussels or our Berlin offices, but if based in London or Berlin would need to visit Brussels on a regular basis.
They should have at least four years’ experience of working on EU policy – in the public or private sectors, academia, media or think-tanks – and have a good understanding of the workings of EU institutions.
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract duration: Permanent (?)
Annual leave: 26 days per annum plus bank holidays
Salary: Salary would depend on experience, but will be competitive
