Doesn't Work With DoubleClick? Random Number Error

I installed the component in an empty banner to test with DoubleClick and it won't accept the file at all, saying that random numbers are not permitted in banners

Has anyone been able to get this code to play nice with DFP? 

It's very strange that a Google-owned ad network won't accept Google code.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
