Error in installation of g_mmpbsa

Hi. I have gromacs  2019.6. I’m installing g_mmpbsa using the installation guide in the following link:

1. tar -zxvf g_mmpbsa.tar.gz
2. cd bin
3. sudo cp g_mmpbsa /usr/local/bin/.
4. sudo cp energy2bfac /usr/local/bin/.

After using command line 3, I encountered with error:

cp: failed to access ‘/usr/local/bin/.’: Not a directory

I checked. In my linux, there is no bin directory. There is a executive bin file in /usr/local

How to fix this issue?
