Hey all, perhaps you saw the article about this exciting Edible Permaculture Park project on page 6 of the current edition of the Ithaca Times. Come down and check out the project for yourself this Wednesday afternoon from 4pm until dusk at Conley Park on the corner of Lake Ave. and Adams St. in Ithaca's Northside neighborhood. We will be sheet mulching more areas around the park and finishing up with planting the rest of our nursery stock from www.edibleacres.org and www.oikosnursery.com. If you have edible perennials, trees, shrubs or bulbs you would like to contribute, feel free to bring them with you. Please contact me with any questions by phone at 607-280-8498. We are also looking for volunteers who would like to contribute in other ways over the winter and into next year, so even if you aren't up for working at the park, please be in touch if you would like to support the project.
