Garden Educators Network seeks to bring current and aspiring school garden leaders together to share resources and ideas while building a strong local school gardens movement. Learn about starting and sustaining a school garden and how to integrate
a school garden into Common Core Curriculum,
with Wayne Gottlieb and Audrey Baker. Gottlieb is a 7th grade science at
DeWitt Middle School who has used gardens in
the curriculum for 14 years; Baker is a Director and co-founder of
Wood's Earth, a new farm
to school organization in the Ithaca Area. Baker also works with
imprisoned youth and adults on food issues. After the panel, time will
