The Seed-to-Table Experience takes a diverse group of youth ages 12-18 on a hands-on culinary journey in one of the most vibrant food and farming regions in the country. Through guided activities, participants are immersed in every part of the food system from seed to table.

Cornell Cooperative Extension of Tompkins County (CCETC) educators lead participants on field trips to farms and urban gardens. In the CCE teaching kitchen and garden, participants deepen their experience through team-building exercises, cooking classes with fresh, seasonal ingredients, nutrition education, group discussions and planting. Whatever your interest in food, this program has something for everyone!

The program meets on 6 Tuesdays, April 14 - May 19, 4:30 - 6:30 pm. The cost for each participant is $120, but we ask families to pay what they can. Full scholarships also are available upon request. To register, call or drop by our education center at 615 Willow Ave, Ithaca (607) 272-2292
