Wednesday Ride recap

Great ride you guys! Eight of us enjoyed an evening jaunt around the Double White route.
Pre ride we were blessed with a visit from Gary Gorrell showing off his beer belly as he pulled up his jersey. Attendees were Steve O, Bill R, Todd R, Ed B, Dave S, Bob M, Jason and myself. We were treated to a very dangerously close drive-by from an irate Subaru driver. Other than that incident, it was a great ride with everyone riding smooth and safe. Post ride a few of us gathered and enjoyed some well deserved cold beverages on the porch!

Glad you guys are safe . Me and one of my teammates were riding out in that same area . That same vehicle came at us at 80 to 90 miles an hour and came over on our side at us but went back over in his lane at the last minute . A few minutes later, another vehicle came up to us And stopped us . He asks if we saw this vehicle driving recklessly and that he was trying to chase him . He said that that guy ran cars off the road on route 28 on both sides in the ditches . This guy appeared to be on some Type of suicide mission . He said the police were called 8 to 10 different times and that this was a very dangerous situation . I'm not sure if they caught him but i'm glad we're all safe . 

 Crazy stuff

Glad you guys are alright. I was riding a respectable two up next to Savage when the car went flying by nearly brushing me off. Fortunately, Dave is a solid confident rider and didn’t mind me riding handlebars to handlebar as I leaned in on him. Billie R was pulling as the car swerved back in nearly taking out his front wheel. Anyway, all’s good!

Good ride except for the vehicle assault hope they caught that idiot.  Thanks for the post ride refreshments Rojerio and Cath.
