From Jonathan,  I've put together a Cincinnati Bike Rides calendar and I think G4B rides belongs on it, as well as the new Landen XCP Trail Network rides. Take a look at the info below and send me any listings you would like me to place on the calendar.

Some of us can remember the previous millennium, when phones were used primarily for talking—or for listening to pre-recorded messages like the weather or the time. Back in those good old days, QCW operated a Cincinnati Ride Line, where a recorded message (voiced by Chip Ellison, if I recall correctly) told listeners where and when to find local training rides and other events. Ride leaders could call in and leave updated information to be included in the recording.

In that spirit, QCW presents our Cincinnati Bike Rides calendar. It’s a public Google Calendar available on our website and in Google Calendars.

The intent is to provide a place where regularly occurring rides can be listed with consistent, static details, along with a contact link for the most up-to-date information about each ride.

For example, the calendar includes an event for “Madeira Monday,” a Strava club that regularly rides out of Madeira during Daylight Saving Time. The listing includes the location, day, time, and ride description—along with, most importantly, a link to the club on Strava for more information. That contact information could just as easily be an email address, website, Facebook page, or another method for getting current updates.

Calendar listings are not limited to QCW rides. Acceptable ride types include any that would appeal to members of the local racing community. They do not have to be full-on, high-intensity rides—the target audience includes both active racers and retired racers.

If you are interested in having your ride added to the calendar, please reach out to me directly at jonatha...@yahoo.com or use the contact information on our website’s calendar page.

Events Calendar: We also maintain a Cincinnati Cycling Events calendar on our website and in Google Calendars for races and local tours. Submissions for that calendar can be made in the same manner as described above.

No one offered up what they would like the G4B ride listing to look like on the QCW Ride Calendar so against my better judgement I put something up anyway.
Please let me know of any edits you would like made.
