I had a quick look at the wiki page(s) set up and had a little go at
adding something to the 'Getting started" section, but didn't have
permissions. What do I need to do to allow me to get involved and
contribute to the wiki pages so they can edit/amend them?

Thanks
Pete

Thanks for telling me about this bug.  I learned that the SourceForge wiki makes the manager explicitly add edit permission to each user.  This is not what I want but I have no way of changing it.

I just made all current G3D Wiki users into editors.

If you want, I could host a G3D wiki... Just tell me which wiki to use (Trac, MediaWiki, etc...)

I already host a Wiki for a game engine of my own (wiki.libsiege.org).
No, I'm not trying to promote my game engine (it's 2D and for a whole different purpose and target audience).

Hi Tim,

Thanks for the kind offer.  I'm trying to keep everything on SF.net now for stability, but we may revisit that depending on SF's support in the future.

yes , a dokuwiki is easy to use , and to add new pages
