Could i commit a new version of wave.lib since OptiX 6.5 eliminated on R590+ driver

Currently, NVIDIA R590+ drivers no longer support OptiX 6.5 or older, so features like DDGI or glossy reflection are no longer available for later driver versions. I have written a newer version of wave.lib for OptiX 7.0+ compatibility. I would be happy and willing to contribute to the repository if allowed. Thank you very much.

I welcome a patch for a newer OptiX!

We've been moving towards a Vulkan version of wave.lib and potentially full Vulkan backend for the long run. Is that something you're interested in working on as well?

That's right, it seems that the current version of waveVK.lib is not yet working perfectly. I am currently working on writing a new version of waveVK.lib, targeting Vulkan 1.2+. Regarding Vulkan ray tracing, it is fundamentally quite similar to how OptiX 7.0+ implements. My current task is to gain a deeper understanding of how Vulkan operates, I may also need to look into Slang Shader rather than relying on the older GLSL implementation.
