Area Contest

Dear all presidents, 

Please note that area contest will be held on 23rd or 30th Mar. 

I am still looking for venue. If you have any good recommendation, please let me know....if finally need to book the venue, this time may need your clubs to share the cost of venue.

As last contest, the entrance fee is insufficient and I already covered all expenses personally. 

Besides, please let me know your contest date at earliest possible. As other clubs are inviting me to be their judge already. My first priority will be reserved to all of you.
