Dear Gary,

We are pleased to let you know about another great event from the Toastmasters community.

Dear Club Officers,

 

June is the last month of the Toastmasters year term, and it is also the time to install your Incoming Club Officers to serve the new term, 2013/2014.

 

In order to help all the Club Officers to know more about your duties and responsibilities, Divisions HKG are going to organize the 1st COT for you all.

 

In our 1st COT, we are going to give you a clear direction including:

Networking time to meet club officers from other Toastmasters Clubs;

Earning 0.5 DCP point if you have at least 4 club officers to attend;

Sharpening your leadership Skills; and

Learning about roles and responsibilities of different Club Officers in Leadership Workshops

 

Also, we are happy to have our incoming LGET Sarah He, ACS ALB and incoming LGM Derek Wong, DTM to providemotivation for us as well as conduct Leadership workshops.

 

Afterwards, you can get some tips from our great workshop leaders about the duties of different Club Officer Roles and Leadership in our Concurrent workshops sessions.

 

Last but not least, you will have a Meet up session with your Incoming Division Governors, Steve Yu, Matt Steele and Wilson Yau.

Fee: $40 for Toastmasters, $60 for Guests
