各位89大区俱乐部主席、教育副主席、会籍副主席、财务官，抄送中区总监、小区总监：
It is time to renew your club's membership, please take this action as soon as possible. We suggest each club to finish renewal by March 25, so that we have enough time to deal with any problems we may encounter.
又到了会员续费时间，请各位帮忙尽快完成续费工作。我们建议每个俱乐部在3月25日前完成续费工作，这样，如果我们在续费工作中遇到问题，我们有充裕的时间进行处理。
Why we need to renew?为何要进行续费?
1) Be eligible to participate in a speech contest. 获得参加演讲比赛资格.
2) Be eligible to run for office . 获取参加各种竞选资格
3) Get your DCP renewal points . 使俱乐部获得相应的DCP分数
Renewal Awards Program: 大区续费激励计划：
We know how important the renewal of the membership is for every member in your club. Now the district would like to offer your club an additional incentive for submitting your clubs membership renewals by March 31. 续费对于俱乐部的发展非常重要，现在大区将奖励在3月31日前成功续费，并对达到特定续费水平的俱乐部给予奖励。
All clubs are qualified for the incentive and have an equal opportunity to win one of the prizes.所有俱乐部都将自动、公平、公正地参加这个奖励计划。
All you need to do to win the prize is to submit and pay your club’s membership renewals by no later than March 31. You will win a prize if your club meets any of the minimal renewal percentage of the three levels. 俱乐部必需在3月31日前成功完成续费操作，同时，如果续费比例达到奖励计划中的标准，那么俱乐部将获得相应的奖励！
Here are each level award and its requirement on renewal percentage: 以下是奖励标准及奖品说明：
Renewal Award-Gold： 90% or Above 90% Renewal , Get one whole set of "Advanced Communication Library"($75)
金质奖： 续费率90%及以上，奖励高阶演讲手册一套（价值75美元）
Renewal Award-Silver ：75%-89.99% Renewal， Get one whole set of "How to Conduct Productive Meetings"（$28)
银质奖： 续费率在75%-89.99%，奖励"如何营造高效会议"手册一套(价值28美元）
Renewal Award-Bronze ：60%-74.99% Renewal，Get one whole kit of "New member Orientation" ($12)
铜质奖： 续费率在60%-74.99%，奖励"新会议引导手册"一套(价值12美元）

Renewal rate=Member number after March 31/Member number before March 1 .续费率=3月31日后会员人数/3月1日前会员人数
How to renew your club membership? 如何进行会籍续费？
To submit renewal dues online, please Login TI Website(http://www.toastmasters.org) with your personal username and password.要进行在线续费，请用您的用户名和密码登陆Toastmasters 国际网站（http://www.toastmasters.org）。Step 1: Click on the" Club Central" link (middle left of page). 第一步：点击 Club Central 链接（在页面左边中间位置）
Step 2：Click on your club name and number (middle of page) 第二步：点击有贵俱乐部名称及编号的链接(大概在页面中间位置）Step 3：Under "Conduct Club Business", click on the option "Pay dues".第三步：进入Conduct Club Business页面后，点击"Pay dues" 选项
Step 4：Under"Pay Dues for My Club Member", simply select the option of "in the future" after" End Date", then Click "Submit".第4步：在"Pay Dues for My Club Member"页面中，在"End Date"后面选择"in the future"选项，然后点击"Submit"
Step 5：Select the members you wish to pay for and follow the prompt-ups to submit payment.第5步：在要续费的会员前面打钩，然后在页面下方位置根据提示填写相关的内容。
Notice the following important details when processing membership payments.重要注意事项：
* Renewals can be submitted online, by mail or by fax. Please make sure the renewal is complete before sending.续费提交可以选择在线提交、邮件提交或者传真提交.请确保在提交前所有相关工作已完成。* Do not submit renewals by e-mail, because financial information in an e-mail is not secure.不要用电子邮件提交续费情况，因为财务信息在电子邮件中是不安全的。
* Dues renewals can be paid online via credit card.续费可以用信用卡在线付款。
*If paid by check, print the name list of the renewing members and mail it along with payment, to Toastmasters International. Check the payment status with Toastmasters International.若用支票支付，打印续费会员名单连同付款清单一同寄往Toastmasters国际总部. 并跟国际总部确认是否付款成功.
* Clubs who renew for the first time just need to have a minimum of six members to pay dues (three to renew). Don’t have to wait until you receive all the payments from members.首次只需递交至少6位会员会费即可（其中3位必须为续费），无需等待收齐所有会员费用再递交！
