Dear all district council members,

(CC Club Secretaries,)

The first district council meeting of Distic 89 2012-2013 will be held in the afternoon of Nov.3rd, 2012 at Chengdu Conference. Attached please see the agenda for your reference.

District council consists of club presidents, VPEs, area governors, division governors, district senior officers(IPDG, Secretary, Treasurer, DPRO, LGM, LGET and DG).

Please try your best to attend this meeting to cast your vote on behalf of your club. If you cannot attend, please assign a member of your own club to be your proxy holder. Your proxy holder must bring a printed proxy to the meeting (proxy is attached).

All of you need to go to credential desk to get your voting ballots before you attend this district council meeting. You would get the Hangzhou Conference VCD at the same time.

 

Credential Desk will be at the conference venue with a sign. The Credential Dest would be open at the time below: Nov.2nd 6:00pm-9:30pm; Nov.3rd 8:30am-2:00pm.

1， 89大区2012-2013年度第一次大区代表会议将于2012年11月3日在成都峰会召开。会议议程参加附件一。

2，大区代表包括：俱乐部主席、教育副主席、小区区长、中区区长，以及大区干部（前任大区主席、秘书长、财务长、宣传部长、市场副总监、教育副总监、大区总监）。

3，请您尽量出席大区代表会议，代表您的俱乐部投票。如果您本人不能参加，请授权给你们俱乐部的会员。被授权的会员必须是你同属一个演讲会，且必须持有纸质签字的委托函。委托函格式见附件二。

4，所有大区代表必须在指定时间内到credential desk领取自己的选票，主席和副主席可以凭大会铭牌前往领取，被委托人需持大会铭牌以及书面委托函。领取选票的同时，您将获得杭州峰会VCD（每个俱乐部限领一张）。请注意，授权书不是选票，不能替代选票。

5，到达峰会会场之后请留意Credential Desk的标识。Credential desk的开放时间为11月2日晚上6:00pm-9:30pm，11月3日上午8:30am-2:00pm.

No Gary is not in Victoria.

I don't think anyone from Victoria will be going, so I guess there's no one for me to give the proxy to.

I didn't realize that the proxy needed to be from the same club. It's not what I understood from the last time I gave a proxy.
