ONLINE REGISTRATION NOTICE – Winter/Spring 2015
Dear Kira:
Your online registration time period for Winter Intersession 2015 and Spring Semester 2015 is scheduled to begin on 11/25/2014 at 11:15 AM. Please register as closely as possible to your assigned date and time. The deadline to register is December 8, 2014 for the Winter term, and January 2, 2015 for the Spring Semester. Students who miss the deadlines will be assessed a late registration fee so please be sure to register on time!
After your initial registration, you will be able to make adjustments (add/drop) to your schedule online until web registration closes at midnight on January 7, 2015 for the Winter term, and February 9, 2015 for the Spring Semester. Please be aware that courses that do not meet for the full term (e.g. session 1 courses, or executive format courses that only meet for a couple of weekends) have a shortened add/drop and refund period depending on the length of the course. Consult with your Student Affairs Representative or the Tuition Refund section of the catalog for more information.
To view the course schedules for Winter and Spring terms on the public portal go to
https://ais.alliant.edu/cgi-bin/public/crsschd.cgi. If you do not see your program’s course schedule, please check with your local Academic Affairs Center.
Once your assigned registration day/time arrives, you must log in to the Alliant Portal (
www.alliant.edu<
http://www.alliant.edu>) to register. Step-by-step instructions on how to register through the portal are posted online on the Student page under Academic Resources. Students in the APA accredited clinical programs will be required to complete a short APA survey online prior to receiving clearance to register.
If you are unsure of what courses you should register for, please contact your campus Academic Affairs Center prior to your scheduled time to register. You may also check to see if your degree audit is available through the Degree Audit link on the Alliant portal under Academic Resources/My Academic Information.
