Well....called about 5 weeks ago and I am still waiting. I am gonna call when I have time to wait on hold for 45 min or so... (maybe while I stand in line xmas shopping- which at this point, in oklahoma. there are no lines!), and then I will let ya know. It didn't cost extra because I called within the 14 day remorse period. Tmo said they would bill me for a second one and l'd get a credit after I returned the bronze one with proof of shipping and insurance which they would also credit.
I did read on the web that the black ones were backordered, so that could be the reason 4 the wait. Happy holidays.
