I have the bronze g1. The keyboard is really hard to see. Any one

Cintya,
Thanks for the response but sine I have not seen it up close and personal could you elaborate?  The brown g1 has a silvery bronze keypad.  In certain lighting conditions once the keypad illuminates the letters become a whitish color, but in home lighting, like say a livingrooom the light is not visible and the keys look almost black.  If you tilt it a certain way, not condusive
to typing they are visible.  On the other hand if its dark, its totally visible or in daylight or kitchen type. Lighting the key letters appear black or dark brown.

Even in florescent lighting in an office, same thing happens like in my living room, bedroom and other peoples homes.  I think in certain lighting conditions (what seems to be pretty standard conditions) the lighting reflects off the white walls behind me back to the keyboard and messes with the sensor that turns the lights on the phone orrrrrr.......the relection coming off the silvery bronze kaypad back to ones eyes has something to do with it.

Huh? Yeah I know it was a confusing mouthful, but after having 6 people look at it I now know it isn,t just me!

I was hoping the black g1 color design would be better.
