Thank You

Thank you all so much for reaching out to us with your warm words and prayers for me and Gahee. I do apologize for not responding to many of them, as I'm unable to muster up any words that would be appropriate for this time. 

For those that are unaware, Gahee and I were saddened to discover yesterday that our daughter Gloria Kang has departed to a better place with Our Heavenly Father. We have more questions than answers at this moment, but we're absolutely certain that we will see her again one day where everything will be made perfect once again. 

As I reflected today on what all of this meant, I realized it was Ash Wednesday.  The verse that is very closely tied with Ash Wednesday comes from Genesis 3:19 where it says:

you shall eat bread, 

till you return to the ground, 

for out of it you were taken; 

ofor you are dust, 

and pto dust you shall return.” 

We came into this world with absolutely nothing and we will all leave in the same fashion. Although our earthly body is finite and limited, our spirit will remain eternal and limitless in Heaven to join God in His glory. Gahee and I are currently striving to believe that we'll be able to see our daughter once again. Jesus gives us hope to make this not a possibility, but an ever lasting reality. 

Please pray for Gahee as she is still in the labor process. She does have a slight fever right now. We would love to go home soon so that we could rest and recover at home.

For me, please pray that I could be strong for Gahee and the rest of our family throughout this whole process. I wish to not lean on my own understandings, but to rely on Him who gives us strength. 

Thanks everyone once again, for being with us through the good times and the bad. We love you all so much, and we can't wait to see you once the time is right.

Hey everyone,

Thank you again for all of your prayers, support, and comforting words. 

Gahee was able to safely deliver last night without any problems. We've been released and she's resting at her parents home. She'll be recovering for the next few weeks.
