Problem connecting to database

I got a problem connecting to database.
I have install Interbase 2007 trial version, then i un-installed it
and switch to install firebird 2.0
then i install G-Framework and try the gDemo.. but in gConfig
compiling there are errors said 'unavailable database' ..

then i run gws, try the web and it was ok but cannot save the data :(

We've been hearing some of this lately. It seems that some
versions/platforms for Firebird have trouble doing a local database.
I'm looking into a solution.
