Dear Janaka,
Full paper IEEE submissions require authors to present their papers in person, only.
Other modes of delivery are not tolerated.
In the Springer book stream, however it is not explicitly defined by the Springer LNCS process
to disallow virtual sessions. We haven't advertised such a possibility on our website nor
was it include in our CFP, However, for you as a student, and experimentally, we may run
a test session in a remote mode. This might be a valuable experience for us as organisers
to test how this may ever work for Spirnger's LNCS process in the future.
This time round, It will be just a single session over the skype and for your submission only.
If you would be interested and agree on this, then you need to submit your camera-ready artefacts
required in the Springer LNCS process, formally register by paying the registration fee and
agree to publish within the Springer book stream stream only.
The skype facility may falter during the session in Bali, hence additionally,
we require from you the following:
- your ppt presentation
- your pre-recorded session ~15 min
- another time slot you may become available for additional questioning.
- a written (brief) consent that you accept our offer to publish within the Springer book stream stream only.
Upon submission of all artefacts including the proof of payment, we shall send you a time slot
for the presentation in the special session.
Thank you,
Zenon
APCASE Chair

Dear Karunanayakage Lakmewan, Paper#: 98 Title: Dynamic Traffic Controlling System
Sorry for repeated messages but our Camera Ready repository indicates you haven't uploaded any files for the final submission
(including the final version of your extended abstract for the conference proceedings), yet.
We are about to close down the TMC repository for Camera-Ready submissions, as we are finalising the registration process
for the APCASE'14 conference. Please upload, as soon as possible,
the final version of your paper(s) to the TMC repository.
If you haven't yet registered for the APCASE'14, then please do it very soon, or your paper won't be included in the conference
proceedings, and thus it will be automatically excluded from IEEE Xplore and the Springer book publication.
Let us know if you're no longer interested in participating in the conference and wish no more to receive any reminders
about APCASE'12 conference.
